Blah...

Hello! We haven't really had anything exciting happen to us lately, so I decided to show you some of our pictures we've taken over the past year. Notice these are more artistic than usual :)

My dad took this one at my grandmas house. We entered it in the fair and it got first place.

My dad took this one on our last trip to California, he told me to smile so I smiled a really big and cheesy one. He really likes this picture and says it looks like I'm made of glass, he entered it in the fair and got first place :)

This one I took, it's a picture looking up at one of our neighbors windmills. I entered it in the fair and got first place, I also entered it in Peach Days and got a Sweepstakes!

I took this one, it's looking up at our pink room lamp. My dad thought it looked really cool so of course we played around with the coloring and entered it in the fair. It got first place.

I also took this one, I was kind of copying a picture that my dad of scissors but I don't think he noticed :) He thought it looked cool so we entered it in Peach Days and the fair, both times it got first place.

This one is of a dandelion up close. I took this one too :) I entered it in the fair and Peach Days and got first place in both of them.

One day I got out my mom's guitars and started taking pictures of them. This one is of my guitar looking into the sound hole. 

If you haven't already noticed, I like taking really close up pictures :) This one is of a crystal hot air balloon that my sister Melissa gave us.

This one is of a plant in our front yard. This is one of my favorite pictures.

This one is of all the pictures in the pink room. I almost entered it in the fair but then decided to enter another one instead.

This one my dad took. Don't my feet look great in pointe shoes?! I love that picture :)

This one I took (I took most of these!) I really like that picture, it looks so calm and peaceful.

This one is of my guitar. It looks so spanish! I took that one.

This one is at the Santa Monica beach. My dad had me stand there until the tide came in at just the right length to barely touch my toes and feet. We took tons of pictures trying to get it right!

Long time no post

Hello again! My mom has been very busy lately and hasn't had time to do a post, so she asked me to do one! This one is just to fill you in on what we've been doing lately! So now lose yourself in these wonderful pictures :D

I took hundreds of pictures of clouds on our way home in the car, this is just one of them.

This was one of those rare times were it rains really hard in Hurricane. It flooded Kevin and Lori's almost finished basement. This is a picture of out side the basement door.

For some reason dad left his socks on while he was trying to get all that water out of the basement.

The cabinets almost got ruined but we got there just in time to save them.

I had the sense to wear galoshes, although now that I think of it I'm probably the only one in our neighborhood who has them! (I've always wanted them even though it never rains here. I just happend to get them for my birthday a few months earlier) Look how deep that water is!

The sewing room flooded too so we had to vacuum out water from there. Sadly it again a few days later and Kevin and Lori's basement flooded again but this time we were prepared.

We have a lot of disasters... this particular one was when a water truck from some road work going on by the Gallery rolled and took out a bunch of fence and plants and messed up the sprinkler system. Apparently the person that was driving the truck had the truck ideling and was just sitting there when he had a seizure! He must have bumped something to make the truck start rolling. We're alright now :)

We swam at Zelpha's house everyday. Zelpha, me, and Grandma lounging in the pool.

Right after our trip we went on a ward campout. This is dad setting up our camper.

Another one of our disasters. A house right behind the Gallery caught fire, thats all the smoke.

I ran over to the city park with our camera and stood on a picnic and took some pictures. I was so close to the fire I'm surprised they didn't tell to go away! Anyway, this is one of the awesome pictures that I took from there.

What's left of the house. If you've never seen a house burn then you would never belive the feeling I had as I watched it burn! I was almost about to cry as I watched one of the fire fighters bravely running into the house to try and see if there was any more people in there. It was also very terrifing!

I'm on a sewing frensy again. So if you want one of these purses then just send me 2 yards of one fabric and 2 yards of another! They cost 7.50 :)
